2. Right to Withdraw from a Contract and Return Goods
In accordance with EU regulations and Czech law, you may return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them without providing a reason.
Conditions for returns:

Goods must be in a condition that allows checking their nature and functionality

Preferably returned in their original packaging
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for custom-made items or sealed goods that have been opened (e.g., software).

3. Right to Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty (unless otherwise stated), in accordance with Czech and EU law.
In case of a product defect, you are entitled to:

We cover all costs associated with the repair or replacement of a product with a manufacturing defect.
